YOUR DOUGH. YOUR FILLING.

A Little Mold.
A Festive Finish.

Make filled mini pies in Christmas shapes, from trees and snowmen to Santa and gingerbread characters.

  1. 1
    Line & fill

Add pastry and a little filling, leaving the edges clear.

  2. 2
    Cover & press

Add the top layer and press evenly to shape and help seal.

  3. 3
    Release & bake

Transfer the pastry to a baking tray and follow your recipe.

The pastry goes in the oven. The mold does not. Remove the pastry from the mold before baking.

A LITTLE HELP WITH THE HANDWORK

Less Hand-Shaping.
More Holiday Character.

Give your pastry a festive starting point, without shaping every outline and detail by hand.

THE OUTLINE

Give Each Pie Its Shape

Use the mold’s outline to form a recognizable Christmas character instead of shaping it freehand.

THE DETAILS

Press In a Festive Pattern

Transfer the mold’s decorative texture into the dough, giving your pastry detail before it reaches the oven.

THE EDGES

Help Bring It Together

Press the pastry layers together around the filling. Keep the edges clear and avoid overfilling.

Know what creates the finished look.

The mold shapes and embosses the pastry. Colored icing and decorative toppings are added separately. Baked detail varies with dough, thickness, filling and baking.

A Few Useful Answers

What exactly will I receive?

You are purchasing molds, not baked pies. The single option includes one mold in your selected design per quantity ordered. The “All 16 Designs” option includes one mold in each of the 16 designs per set ordered.

Dough, filling and decorations are not included.

Can I mix different designs in one order?

Yes. Choose a design above and add it to your cart, then repeat for any other designs you would like. To buy more of the same design, adjust the quantity before adding it.

🚚 Buy 3 & Get FREE Shipping! Mix your favorite individual designs in the same order.

Can the mold go in the oven?

No. Use the mold to shape and press the dough, then remove the pastry and transfer it to a baking tray. Keep the mold away from ovens and direct heat.

How can I get a better first batch?

Roll your dough evenly, use a small amount of filling and keep the sealing edges clear. Press evenly. If the dough sticks, try lightly flouring the mold and adjusting the dough temperature.

Bake the released pastry according to your dough and filling recipe.

Does the mold create colored decorations?

No. The mold creates the outline and embossed pattern. Colored icing and other decorations, where pictured, require separate decorating. Finished detail varies with your dough and baking conditions.

How should I clean and store the molds?

Follow the care instructions supplied with the molds. Clean gently by hand, avoid abrasive tools and high heat, and allow the molds to dry before storing.

Where can I check shipping and returns?

Check our Shipping Policy for delivery information and our Return Policy for eligibility and conditions. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.
