How do I choose the right size?
Measure the outside diameter of your cable. Small fits 1ā6 mm, Large fits 1ā9 mm and Extra Large fits 1ā11 mm. Do not force a cable into a cover that will not close. The clips are made from polypropylene (PP).
Will the adhesive work on my surface?
Adhesion depends on the surface and preparation. Check the supplied instructions and test a discreet area first, especially on painted or delicate finishes. Do not assume rough, dusty, damp or peeling surfaces are suitable. Removal may leave residue or affect fragile finishes.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact support@livdacro.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Eligible issues are reviewed under our return policy. Change-of-mind and incorrect-size returns are not accepted under the current policy, so please check your measurements before ordering.
